Recipe - Terroir of blueberry fusion bubbles

A cocktail made from local products, we like it!

Ingredients : 
- 2 oz of Gin @ Romeo’s Gin
- 200 ml of tonic soda @ 1642
- 1 oz of tea syrup @ Urbanité
- Bubblemaniac blueberry fusion bubbles
- Raspberries
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes

Preparation : 
1. Put ice cubes in a glass.
2. Add fusion bubbles, raspberries, gin and soda. Mix.
3. Pour in the tea syrup.
4. Put a sprig of mint leaves in the glass.

So simple, but so good!
